Tomorrow begins my 31 day series, designed to assist anyone who is on a restricted diet as wheat-free and dairy-free. There is a difference in a gluten-free diet and a wheat-free diet, but people who fit either of these categories will benefit from the series. I’ll share recipes but most importantly, I’ll tell you where to find products in your grocery store that are safe to eat. I’ve been on this journey for almost five years and have lots to share about eating out, cross-contamination, finding the cheapest place to find products, what to do at a pot-luck or buffet. The obstacles are plenty but I can guide you through many of them.
