Ann Voscamp inspired this blog. Reading her book one thousand gifts gave me a different perspective for living. I started counting the gifts God gives me each day in March, 2012, and I’m up to 1798. Who knew there were so many things to count! Are some of them repeats? Sure, but only because they are worth repeating. I usually count 10 a day —- depends on if I’m counting “Morning Blessings” also.
Here’s my plan for writing this blog.
Monday Musings I’ll write about finding joy in the every day — God in the moments.
Tuesday for Teachers is dedicated to ALL teachers to encourage them to find joy even on those really tough days.
Fridays will be vary:
- My Story – finding joy through a journey of grief
- Sharing the Joy – crafting, creating, and caring ways to give joy away.
